Booking Information

Reservations A deposit of $50 per person (with theatre tickets $150) confirms your trip. Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Trips booked within 30 days of travel, payment made by Discover Card or rail only travel - final payment is due at time of booking. If credit card payment, a completed and signed application form or UCC (travel agents) is required. Changes/Cancellations If it is necessary to change or cancel your travel plans please note the following: Period before departure Charge per person Hotel only packages More than 2 days Day before/day of travel $25 + First night lodging Rail/Hotel Packages More than 2 days Plus any fees that may be levied by VIA or Amtrak. $25 $50* *day before/day of cancellations add 1 night lodging charge at hotel. Theatre/Sporting Events Theatre sales agreements specify that once order placed, tickets are non changeable/non refundable. To avoid disappointment we urge you to ensure your travel dates are definite prior to booking tickets. Tickets are sold only in conjunction with Can Am package trips. The following are considered cancellation/changes - change of departure/return date, time/city, change of destinations, class of service, change of hotel, name change of traveller(s). Refunds cannot be processed nor can replacements be issued until all unused travel documents / tickets are returned to Can-Am Worldwide Travel. We regret there are no exceptions - including medical reasons to cancellation/change policy. Insurance For your protection we recommend purchase of Travel Guard Insurance. Application forms will be provided upon customer request by Can-Am Travel. Prices/Terms/Conditions vary and are described in application forms. Currency Prices quoted are US dollars based on exchange rates at time of printing but are subject to change without notice. Hotels/Rail may increase prices during peak time periods or offer reduced prices during off peak periods. Exact prices for your selected travel date is provided by Can-Am upon inquiry. Once fully paid, trip price is guaranteed except for taxes or other charges that may be levied by Local, State or Federal governments. Such charges normally do not permit "grandfather" exemptions. CARIBANA FESTIVAL (Aug 1-5) special booking terms/conditions apply. Please check when placing reservation. Lost/Misplaced Travel Documents Administrative charge applies to replace lost or misplaced hotel/theatre vouchers. Furthermore, a waiver of responsibility may be required directly from customer by the Travel Supplier. We regret lost theatre tickets are not replaceable. Lost rail ticket New ticket must be purchased at applicable price for travel and lost ticket refund application submitted form directly to VIA Rail or AMTRAK. OR, claim replacement ticket cost if covered through your homeowners policy. Voluntary unused trip portions are non-refundable.
